Ramon morató, mmape ’97, through capdevila & morató associats, s.l., presents the video, “small cakes”, directed by patisserie, bakery, restaurant, and catering professionals. 

Description: in this video one can see pedagogically explained step-by-step instructions on the making of a variety of small cakes, which suggests a diversity of ideas and techniques. a series of icons with temperature, time, and types of cooking appear throughout the video which must be respected in the process. another feature of the video is a series of technical pieces of advice about food hygiene, food safety, current legislations, etc. 

During the making of the video, special attention has been given to lighting to better represent textures, assembly, and finished products. the video was filmed at the aula chocovic with their collaboration and that of the acdha (asesoria catalana de higiene alimentaria).
